The Road Construction Authority, previously known as the Meow Island Road Authority, founded by Kokili and often helped by Kisinja I, is an unofficial agency operating in Terra Nostra, responsible for many major road projects on the server.
Due to Meow Island being occupied by many differentc communities and nation states, the Road Construction Authority has become the de facto authority on the island.
