The Nostrian Subway System

also known as the "Nostrian Rail Network", "Nostrian Railway", or simply as "the Subway" is a transit system that serves the continent of Nostria.

Culture

Generally the nations of Chicken Island and the Bling tend to use the subway system more due to structures in their territories being spread further appart as well as there being a taboo around Nether Travel among many Bling subjects.

Lines

Red Line: Northern Realm - Greenhill

Blue LIne: Southdene - Greenhill - Chicken Island

Pink Line: Meow Island - Kowloon - Wommblandia

Yellow Line: Kowloon - Guodu - Chicken Island

Red Line

The connection between Greenhill and the Northern Realm is the oldest connection of the subway and represents the formation of the modern Nostrian Subway System.

Blue Line

The construction of the Blue Line, to Chicken Island, represented a milestone for deplomacy. Formally a closed off nation, the Chicken Island government decided to construct a train station going straight to Greenhill, which served as the first and only overworld connection to Greenhill until construction of the Feathershire Bridge two years later.

The construction of the Southdene Station would later expand the Blue Line.

Pink Line

Originally the Pink Line was constructed as a private connection between Kisinja's castle in Meow Island and Chicken Island Station, the construction of this line was essential for Kisinja to be able to have her home in Feathershire while she could still be well connected to the capitol of her nation. The pink line later became public after the construction of Kowloon Station and its later connection to Meow Island. After the connection of Meow Island Station to Kowloon was established, the preëxisting purple line (connection Kowloon to Wommblandia) was connected to the Pink Line to sourt out the hectic layout of Kowloon Station. Later, for conveniece, the line between Chicken Island and Meow Island was severed and reanalized as the Orange Line

Yellow Line

The Construction of the Yellow Line Connected Kowloon, Guodu (formally Chicken Island Minor), and Chicken Island.

Orange Line

Formally a part of the Pink Line, the Orange Line became its own line due to the angle it came into the Meow Island station.
