The Great Spawning, also known as the Spawn Event or the Spawn, is the phenomenon by which people came to inhabit Terra Nostra. Though the exact mechanics of the phenomenon are unknown, all those who "spawned" into Terra Nostra did so in what came to be known as Spawn Island.
History
The first victims of the Great Spawning were Maria and Kawa, who went on to found Greenhill. This was followed shortly by Kisinja who went on to found Chicken Island.
