Blossom House

Blossom House is a building situated on Blossom Plaza in Greenhill. It is the private residence of Maria I in Greenhill and was the first building project started after the Great Spawning. In spite of this, construction took a long time and the roof was not completed until well after Greenhill was established and many other buildings had been completed.
History
After the Great Spawning, Maria founded Greenhill with the building of an early staircase from what would become the Promenade up to what would become Occult Street. It was slightly east of this that she went on to begin construction on Blossom House, basing it in style on the rustic cottages typical of early Nostrian architecture. The name Blossom House, which also gave its name to Blossom Street, comes from the blossom that features in the house's north-facing garden room.
Interior
The house features seven rooms set across three floors. The ground floor consists of a drawing room and the Garden Room. The Garden Room contains a large north-facing window allowing natural light to feature greatly in the room, as well as allowing the aesthetics of the room to feature as an artistic installation even from the outside of the building. The ground floor also features a balcony, which opens out onto Scooby Street to the south.
The basement consists of a large storage room with a reading room tucked at the northern side through an alcove. The storage room is lined with chests on all sides of the room except for the northern wall and the chests are identified via labelled item frame items. The reading room contains a seating area for quiet reading or contemplation and there are shelves containing copies of various literary works, largely Maria's own writing.
The first floor features four rooms: Maria's bedroom, the Western Bedroom, the Eastern Bedroom and the Northern Bedroom.
